Mind Mastery: Self-hypnosis for Mothers and the Doulas Who Support Them with Phyllis Klaus

In this 90-minute session, perinatal psychology pioneer and DONA Founder, Phyllis Klaus, presents the evidence behind the use of self-hypnosis to alleviate common discomforts of pregnancy, relieve labor pain, improve lactation and decrease depression. Doulas will learn self-hypnosis tools they can use to decrease their own anxiety and promote relaxation to better navigate challenging situations in the birth room and beyond.
